Kelly Wesseln is a yogi, a teacher, mother, wife, volunteer and passionate lifelong learner. Kelly currently teaches yoga at L’Auberge Del Mar Resort, City Front Terrace condominium and for private clients. 

After a seventeen year career at Hewlett-Packard and raising 3 kids, Kelly reinvented herself as a Yoga Teacher, becoming RYT 500 certified through MiraCosta college and mentored by industry pro Stacy McCarthy. Kelly established “Define Life Yoga” specializing in energetic vinyasa, all-level classes for the health-conscious community, as well as yoga for caretakers. She invites students to define their lives by integrating consistent asana, breath and mindfulness practices. Kelly’s daily mantra she strives to live by is to “integrate yoga to feel peacefully charged!”
