Modifications often are: table top vs. plank; dolphin vs. downward dog or modified side plank; for sensitive wrists -use fist, block, forearm, increase wrist angle degree; for sensitive knees – use extra mat or towel. Options often include: low lunge, option to move into high lunge or lift knee off mat; thoracic core twist in triangle, vinyasa in between poses.
Energetic Vinyasa Yoga (1 hr.)

CareTaker Yoga (1 hr.)
