TVIA Seminar Yoga Class

TVIA Seminar Yoga class focusing on the TVIA San Diego community. Bring a yoga mat (optional) and water bottle. Dress in comfortable fitted athletic attire.

-How to remain in the parasympathetic state (vs sympathetic state of fight or flight)
-Breathing techniques to practice on the fly, like “2 feet, 1 breath”
-Practice a series of yoga poses to challenge you and lengthen & strengthen your muscles
